Water Ring Pelletizing System
The water ring pelletizer is a type of pelletizer used at the output of extruders for granulation. This equipment is suitable for most polymers, especially for PE/PS/EVA/TPU and various filler masterbatches. Also, this system responds well to various capacities, and the final shape of the granules is lens-shaped and uniform. Using a water ring pelletizer shortens the line length, increases capacity, and eases production compared to a strand pelletizer system.
The water ring systems of TSPtech are separate packs and are easy to install and operate.
